All heavy-duty products ship via freight truck. Due to weight and size, customers are responsible for providing equipment (e.g., forklift, crane, or telehandler) to unload the crate from the trailer. Liftgate options can be arranged for smaller crate dimensions upon request.

Inspect all packages upon arrival before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL). Note any visible outer damage or missing crates on the driver's paperwork. Notify Storage & Canopy within 10 calendar days of arrival to receive replacement parts free of charge under insured freight policies.

Our structural frames are constructed from high-tensile Q215 hot-dip galvanized steel for long-term rust protection. Cover materials utilize ultra-resistant, fire-retardant, UV-protected commercial PVC fabric designed for extreme outdoor conditions.

No specialized welding is required. All kits utilize modular, quick-bolt arch designs with complete hardware sets, base plates, tensioning winches, and step-by-step engineering diagrams included in the crate.
