Freight Delivery: Your order will arrive via a 28’ or 53’ freight truck, so please ensure your delivery address can accommodate large vehicles. It’s also important that someone is available to sign for the delivery.

Return & Refund
At Storage & Canopy, we strive to ensure your satisfaction
with our shipping container roofs, carport canopies, portable buildings, and other products. If
you need to return a product, please review our policy below and contact our team to initiate
the process. We’re here to assist you with trust and transparency.
Standard Returns
• Return Window: You may return products within 7 calendar days from the date the shipment
arrives at your location.
• Condition: Products must be in pristine, unused condition, with all original packaging and
components intact.
• Re-stocking Fee: A re-stocking fee may apply, depending on the product and order details. The
fee will be communicated during the return process.
• Shipping Costs: Original and return shipping expenses are non-refundable, and customers
are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive and
inspect the returned product at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment
method.
Special Orders (Customized Products)
• If you cancel a special order before the customized product is in stock, a 13.5% cancellation fee
will be deducted from the total invoice amount.
• Once a special order is in stock or shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy above,
including the 7-day return window and pristine condition requirement.
Backorders (Out-of-Stock Products)
• If you cancel a backordered product before it arrives at our warehouse, a 3.5% cancellation
fee will be deducted from the down payment or amount paid.
• Once the backordered product arrives at our warehouse, it is subject to the standard return
policy above
